Cooking is one of Jimmy’s favorite activities and if you visit them you will not go away hungry. He uses some of his some 75 piece iron cookware collection in almost every meal he prepares. Old time, country style recipes are his favorite and he develops many of his own.
If you visit, you’ll walk past his “herb” garden just outside the front door where you can smell rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage and other herbs. He uses fresh herbs in his dishes as much as possible.
As a contributing editor Jimmy hopes to instill the desire to learn and enjoy the art of cooking – country style.
